Paulina leads IC Summits as COO, supporting both Portfolio and Retail Summits, where she translates high-level strategies into operational plans. She oversees functions across production, sales, operations, technology, and marketing to ensure efficiency and drive business growth.

Prior to joining Portfolio Summits in 2018, Paulina spent a year honing her conference expertise as a producer at a large conference company. Before transitioning into the events industry, she spent five years in finance at TD Bank and Verisk Analytics, working in corporate banking and M&A, respectively.

Paulina holds an accelerated BA/MA in Financial Economics from Fordham University. Outside of work, she is a passionate dog advocate, an avid CrossFitter, and is always looking for new restaurants to try.

Robert Bode leads partnership sales for the LP & Fiduciary Series at Portfolio Summits as well as manages the LP golf outings that take place at selected events. Robert earned his BA from Nova Southeastern University while playing collegiate golf and now resides in New York City.

Emily Farricker is Head of Audience Development, North America for the U.S. LP and RIA series at Portfolio Summits. Prior to joining the team, she spent over six years successfully hosting conferences for institutional investors and asset managers across the U.S. and Canada. With a background in investor relations and a passion for connecting people through events, she brings deep industry knowledge and experience to her role. Emily earned her B.A. in Corporate Communication from Penn State University in 2017.

George is a Business Development Manager at Portfolio Summits, where he focuses on connecting industry leaders with premier networking opportunities in the RIA space. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Fairfield University and went on to earn a Masters of Science in Management (MSM) from Fairfield University. Outside of work, George enjoys playing golf, traveling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Elijah is a Client Relationship Manager at Portfolio Summits, connecting industry leaders with high-value networking opportunities across the Private Markets, Alternatives, and RIA space.

A Pennsylvania native, Elijah took his ambitions overseas after undergrad, earning his Master’s in International Marketing from Hult International Business School in London – sharpening the global perspective he brings to every client relationship.

When he’s not working, you’ll find him training for HYROX races, cooking the latest recipes found on YouTube, and exploring the greater meaning of life.

Matt is an Audience Development Manager at Portfolio Summits. He graduated from Fordham University with a bachelor’s degree in communication and media studies. Prior to joining the RIA team, he worked as a sportswriter covering the NBA. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, seeing movies, and reading.

Bella is a Client Success Manager at Portfolio Summits. Prior to working at Portfolio Summits, she earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from UCLA, as well as a minor in film and television. She is passionate about cinema and digital media and likes to attend Broadway shows in her free time. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys hikes with her dogs, traveling with her family, and fashion.

Carly manages relationships with our RIA sponsors, ensuring their success and delivering exceptional event experiences. She brings extensive experience in industry events, with expertise in strategic partnerships, account management, and marketing. Carly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bucknell University. Outside of her professional pursuits, she is passionate about fitness, literature, and the arts.

Melissa Edwards is our SVP, Head of UK Portfolio Summits & Europe. She graduated from Greenwich University, London and has 5+ years experience of working in the financial industry, including the distribution of financial products & specialising in financial conferences, where she was previously Head of Delegate Relations for a well-established financial publication. Originally, from Manchester, England and enjoys singing and reading in her spare time.

Saffron is the Commercial Director for Portfolio Summits UK, responsible for driving commercial strategy and growth across the portfolio. She brings over two years’ experience delivering and managing corporate eCommerce events across the UK, overseeing production, sales, marketing, and operations. Her diverse background spans business development, ESL teaching in Seoul, and journalism. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking Korean and Middle Eastern food and collecting vinyl records.

Lina is our Senior Audience Development Manager based in the UK office, bringing a wealth of diverse experience across various asset management and financial services, and a versatile skill set to our team. Lina excels at building meaningful connections and is passionate about our mission of fostering growth within the investor community.

Chiara is an Audience Development Manager at Portfolio Summits, where she leads senior-level audience curation and speaker engagement across the portfolio. With a background spanning events, content strategy, and international business development, she works closely with founders, C-suite leaders, and decision-makers to shape high-value conversations across commerce, consumer brands, and emerging technologies. Her perspective is further informed by formal training in fintech and digital assets, having studied at the Bitcoin Business School in Lugano. Bringing a strong relationship-driven approach and an editorial sensibility, Chiara focuses on building intelligent, future-facing communities that extend well beyond the stage.

Mallory is the Operations Director across both Portfolio and Retail Summits. She holds a BS in English from Towson University. With over six years of event management experience, she brings extensive expertise in conference planning, along with leadership across weddings, experiential, and fundraising events. In her free time, Mallory dabbles in fiber arts, reformer pilates, and stays closely connected to the live events and festival space.
